Pricing questions

Is Due On Time really free?

Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and needs no credit card. You can also build and download a PDF invoice at dueontime.com/create without creating an account.

How much do Starter and Pro cost?

Starter is $12 a month or $120 a year. Pro is $27 a month or $264 a year. Paying yearly saves $24 on Starter and $60 on Pro. Prices are in US dollars.

How do automatic payment reminders work?

On Starter and Pro, Due On Time emails your client polite reminders around the due date, on a schedule you choose (gentle, standard or firm). Starter sends up to 3 reminders per invoice and Pro has no limit. Reminders stop when you mark the invoice paid.

Do my clients pay through Due On Time?

No. Due On Time does not take payments for you. Put your payment details (bank transfer, PayPal and so on) in the invoice notes, and mark the invoice paid when the money arrives. That also stops the reminders.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from Settings. You keep your paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. You are not charged again after you cancel.

Is there a refund policy?

First-time subscribers can ask for a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, on monthly or yearly billing. Email support@dueontime.com from your account email.

Can I switch plans or billing period later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly billing from Settings. A downgrade from Pro to Starter takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Which currencies can I invoice in?

Invoices support 15 currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD and AED. Your subscription itself is billed in US dollars.
